Ensure the operation of operating systems, data communication resources, equipment infrastructure, and services by monitoring operations through specific ITSM tools. Execute, track, and control planned and routine tasks, analyze server performance, and generate reports. Manage the backlog and ensure the resolution of tickets.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Technology. Experience with Incident Management and Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana). Basic knowledge in network troubleshooting, Windows (Servers and AD) administration, and Linux administration. Microsoft Fundamentals certification and ITIL certification are required.
