Contact clients with pending payments. Negotiate payment agreements and commitments. Follow up on payment promises. Update information on actions taken. Meet portfolio recovery indicators.
What We're Looking For
Completed high school education (preferably a bachelor's degree). Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or negotiation. Basic computer skills and digital tools.
