Core Responsibilities

Perform receptive, multi-channel customer service (WhatsApp and Phone) focused on high performance and sales conversion with property owners. Proactively drive active contact during service to accelerate resolutions and optimize the owner's experience and time.

Requirements

Candidates must have consolidated experience in internal sales, preferably in high-cadence and volume operations, with a focus on quick closing and assertive consultative objection handling. Essential qualities include high resilience, energy, discipline in time management, and excellent verbal and written persuasive communication skills.
