Execute short-term personnel demand planning for your area and monitor key performance indicators to guide the team towards delivering results. Manage the team's work schedule, controlling delays, absences, overtime, and time bank, while executing operational routine actions related to your area. Monitor team deliveries and development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and facilitating training.

Knowledge of Office Suite, WMS/LMS, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Proficiency in people management and operational team leadership, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Experience in leading direct and indirect teams, ensuring compliance with people management processes while being close to all levels as a disseminator of principles and culture.
