The Sr. Director of Collections will lead the end-to-end strategy in collaboration with Finance and Credit to enhance portfolio health and financial solidity. They will design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize recovery processes and improve customer segmentation.
Requirements
Candidates must have over 5 years of senior leadership experience in collections, preferably in banking or fintech. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required, with a master's degree being highly valued.
