Core Responsibilities

The Director of Recruiting & Onboarding Operations will design, standardize, and optimize the end-to-end hiring and onboarding infrastructure across multiple companies. They will manage system integrations, develop recruiting KPIs, and leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Candidates must have 8–12+ years of experience in recruiting or HR operations with strong proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms. Proven ability to build scalable processes, manage technical setups, and mentor teams in high-growth environments is required.
