Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, or related fields. Proven experience in coordinating deployment teams, project portfolio management, PMO, and telecommunications infrastructure construction. Experience in managing suppliers, contracts, performance indicators, and executive governance.
