Lead and execute the agency's planning, focusing on short, medium, and long-term goals. Provide financial consulting to associates and other interested parties. Manage the agency's financial transactions and foster relationships with the social framework. Oversee risk management related to agency operations.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or related fields. Preferably have a Postgraduate/MBA in related areas. Experience in direct engagement with both legal entities and individuals. Leadership experience in people management and commercial area. Certification Anbima CPA-20 or CEA required.
