Lead the structuring and evolution of real estate business initiatives. Manage business performance indicators, including funnel, conversion, revenue, costs, and profitability. Support the construction of business cases and viability analyses for decision-making. Conduct strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across commercial, product, technology, and operational areas.
Requirements
Solid experience in real estate credit products, including Home Equity and related financial products. Previous experience in business areas, product management, or financial institutions. Experience in people management and leading multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of real estate credit processes and operational journeys.
