TopsortCore Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and maintain user guides, API documentation, and onboarding materials. Turn complex technical concepts into clear, engaging documentation for developers and customers. Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to understand new features and translate them into high-quality documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another STEM-related field. 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer supporting software products or APIs. Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
