Trainee - Human Resources

Act as a generalist reference in various Human Resources processes, coordinating with different HR management areas. Participate and lead specific projects aligned with HR strategy, focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes using AI and other tools. Support in the coordination of personnel recruitment and administration of corporate benefits.

Currently enrolled students with at least 50% of their Business Administration degree completed. Previous experience in Human Resources and familiarity with Power BI is valued. Must reside in CABA or GBA.
