Core Responsibilities

The main objective is to develop work habits in new agents by accompanying them through initial and closing sales processes in the field during the first three months using a specific sales methodology to ensure the agency's goals are met. Key functions include providing field coaching, advising on the sales process based on observations, and ensuring weekly, monthly, and annual promoter goals are achieved through follow-up and training.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a commercial area, preferably having held a license as an Insurance Agent. Required knowledge includes individual life insurance, and basic English proficiency along with intermediate proficiency in the Office suite is necessary.
