Supervise work, ensuring compliance with delivery standards from suppliers, and manage changes in scope and performance issues. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and risk standards, while training and supporting the team to promote cooperation and excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience in maintenance execution, control, and planning, along with contract management and third-party service provision. Knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP, Totvs, Prisma, or Maximus, and advanced proficiency in Office package.
