Core Responsibilities

The manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, leading, motivating, and developing a team of commission-based agents to ensure quality growth, customer satisfaction, retention, and achievement of sales objectives. This role requires acting as a business partner, overseeing commercial performance, recruitment, training, and ensuring adherence to established procedures while achieving Sales and Collections targets.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed high school or higher education and possess strong skills in resource/time management, team leadership, teamwork, sales and recovery techniques, action plan implementation, and customer service. A proven track record in field work (recruitment, promotion, sales, and collections) and alignment with values like respect, responsibility, and transparency are essential.
