Lead the Industrial Safety and Occupational Health strategy at the Funza Plant, ensuring legal compliance, risk prevention, and accident reduction. Implement Industrial Safety programs, identify hazards, evaluate risks, conduct inspections, and lead accident investigations. Manage emergency plans, ensure compliance with SG-SST, and drive digitalization and process optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or related fields with specialized training in SST. Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Safety and Occupational Health, preferably in mass consumption or manufacturing companies. Valid SST license and a 50-hour SG-SST course are mandatory.
