People Continuous Improvement Expert

Address workflow improvements from diagnosis to implementation of solutions and optimizations. Proactively connect different processes in the People area, such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Personnel Administration. Lead data analysis sessions to identify needs and solve process issues. Apply continuous improvement strategies to simplify, optimize, and ensure the efficiency and scalability of processes.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Experience in continuous process improvement management and project agendas in Human Resources. Solid knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, PDCA, A3, Lean, or Kaizen. Proficiency in English and Spanish.
