What You'll Do
Lead the visual development of Key Arts and campaign assets, from conceptual exploration to final execution. Guide Art Directors, Visual Designers, and Retouchers on both creative development and versioning projects. Manage the design team's capacity, priorities, and timelines, efficiently distributing workloads and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Designer, ideally in a digital or advertising environment. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and advertising materials.
