Supervisor de Manutenção - Mercado Envios.

Manage the planning, control, and execution of maintenance and building infrastructure, guiding and developing team members for high performance. Plan and monitor service execution at units, conducting technical visits, preparing reports, and negotiating priorities with local leadership. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies during project oversight, managing risks and utilities. Develop and monitor the annual budget for the area, managing performance indicators and proposing improvement actions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience with integrated maintenance management systems and performance indicators. Desired experience with intralogistics systems and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in industrial or logistics maintenance execution, contract management, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge in budget planning, operational and capital expenses, and asset management for building infrastructure.
