Support the structuring and evolution of credit and payroll products, proposing adjustments for optimization. Conduct studies and analyses to identify patterns that inform business decision-making. Analyze internal data to understand gaps and propose product improvements. Map routines and identify process improvement opportunities within product workflows.

Experience in product analysis, particularly in credit and payroll products. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities. Familiarity with agile methodologies and customer journey management. Ability to collaborate across various departments.
