The main objective is to offer operational support to the commercial team, ensuring efficiency in handling demands related to products, platforms, and processes for Legal Entity (PJ) channels. Responsibilities include managing commercial requests with BackOffice areas, monitoring overdue cases, and providing operational support for specific situations like limit increases and manual transactions.

Requirements

Candidates must have ongoing or completed higher education and possess an analytical profile with logical reasoning, strong text interpretation, and problem-solving skills. Clear and fluid communication is necessary for interacting with internal and external bank areas, with prior banking experience with Legal Entities being a differential.
