Talent Attraction Sr Manager

Lead and develop regional recruitment managers in Brazil, standardizing processes, KPIs, and reporting across regions. Act as the main connection point between the Brazil team and regional leadership in Talent Attraction, as well as key internal stakeholders. Professionalize sourcing strategy at scale, including advanced searches and AI sourcing tools, while building proactive talent pipelines to reduce hiring time.

Solid experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Attraction, with a background in leading leaders rather than just individual recruiters. Strong experience in high-volume recruitment in sectors with high turnover such as logistics, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or call centers. Proficient in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter, with advanced Excel/BI skills.
