Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for owning revenue growth, Go-To-Market execution, and market expansion across Spanish-speaking LATAM, focusing on accelerating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and expanding enterprise penetration. Key duties include developing country-level GTM strategies, building and leading the regional sales team, and driving strategic account growth.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of scaling ARR specifically across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets like Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. Essential requirements include experience building regional sales teams, a strong operator mindset for building GTM structures, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
