Data Migration Specialist Contract)

Own end-to-end data migrations by extracting data from third-party systems, cleaning and normalizing it, and importing it into Podium. Transform and validate data using Python and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Collaborate with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot post-launch data issues.

1–2 years of experience in a data or technical role. Strong Python skills, preferably using pandas for data cleaning and transformation. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas. Excellent English communication skills.

Competitive compensation starting at Q10,000 per month. 3-month temporary contract. Onsite role in Zone 10, Edificio Interaméricas, Guatemala City.
