Scheduler / Planner - Data Center Construction Projects

Develop and maintain the project master schedule for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely updates and accurate progress reporting. Calculate and manage Earned Value KPIs and progress tracking using S-curves. Facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS) with discipline leads, vendors, and client representatives.

7 - 10 years in project controls, planning, and scheduling. Proven experience in Data Center or Manufacturing projects. Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, or Production Engineering. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
