The Account Specialist is responsible for owning and executing a high-volume portfolio of renewal contracts within an assigned territory, aiming to minimize financial attrition and secure favorable terms. This role involves developing win/win negotiation strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure maximum financial results while strengthening customer partnerships.

Requirements

Candidates should possess basic experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably with 2+ years in SaaS offerings, and strong negotiation skills to drive contracts to completion. A strategic approach, experience in a quota-carrying sales role, strong process management, and financial competence are also required.
