The Zonal Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales channels in the Southern zone, developing market strategies, and optimizing business results. They will lead and develop a team of eight sales supervisors while ensuring the effective execution of sales plans and budget management.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing and possess over 5 years of leadership experience in consumer goods sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Power BI, and a valid driver's license are required, along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
