Lead the operational management and optimization of credit card originations processes. Act as the central point of contact for the operations team on US credit originations, responding to queries and sharing insights. Own an operational learning strategy for US credit originations, upskilling internal teams and sharing knowledge and best practices.

Extensive knowledge of the US credit originations and account-opening lifecycle, gained from previous experience at a bank, issuer processor, or fintech lender. Strong knowledge of credit bureau data and scoring (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) and familiarity with KYC/KYB/CIP and AML requirements. Proven ability to build strong relationships across departments and exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
