Head of Salesforce Engineering

Define and lead the technical roadmap for Salesforce, architecting scalable solutions across Apex, LWC, Flow, and enterprise integrations. Guide, mentor, and elevate developers, administrators, and analysts, establishing rigorous code review and engineering standards. Partner with Product and Business Operations to assess technical feasibility, scope initiatives, resolve blockers, and ensure reliable execution.

Strong experience working with the Salesforce platform in complex enterprise environments. Professional proficiency in Spanish is required. Experience leading Salesforce technical teams or multidisciplinary Salesforce teams.

Remote-first model allowing work from home anywhere in Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.
