Lead and develop the team, organizing capacity, backlog, rituals, and priorities. Conduct relationships with business areas and support the mapping of journeys, processes, and value chains.

Experience leading technology, product, digital transformation, automation, or Digital Workplace teams. Background in creating, structuring, or evolving capabilities, products, services, or corporate operations. Knowledge of generative AI, automation, and low-code platforms.
