Ensure optimization of reliability for the assigned fleet in electrical and control specialty. Identify initial defects or failures in components for escalation to OEMs. Analyze performance indicators and metrics to support operational decisions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience with Komatsu 4100XPB and 4100XPC electric shovels. Experience in reliability engineering and root cause analysis (RCA). Knowledge of maintenance management systems like SAP and Power BI.
