[8PV] Test Automation Lead / Senior SDET

Own test automation end to end, building a black-box, system-level suite from an empty repository. Define the standards for locator and naming conventions, page object patterns, and test data strategy. Build the framework in C# using Playwright's .NET bindings and integrate quality gates into the CI/CD pipeline. Mentor the QA organization by transferring Playwright fundamentals and automation practices to an existing manual QA team.

90% English written and oral (C1 level) with excellent communication skills. 2+ years of hands-on Playwright in production and C# fluency. Demonstrated ownership of an automation framework, including its standards and controls. Experience with CI/CD pipeline authoring and ability to articulate AI failure modes in generated tests.
