Monitor alerts, events, and messages from operating systems, applications, servers, and communication resources. Analyze identified events and execute interventions as per operational procedures. Register incidents and actions in ITSM tools, ensuring accurate documentation for investigations.

Bachelor's degree required. Ability to follow procedures and escalation criteria. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Good written and verbal communication skills to inform stakeholders about incidents.
