Chargeback Associate (Asociado de Contracargos) - Mexico City (Hybrid)
ClaraCore Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end dispute lifecycle to protect customers and the company. Execute and manage the registration of national chargebacks and international chargebacks via MasterCom. Oversee the registration and resolution of ATM withdrawal clarifications and manage disputes through internal ticket manager systems. Maintain and control the controversy database, ensuring accurate documentation of case closures.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in issuer-side chargeback solutions. Working proficiency in English and Spanish. Direct experience with local CID regulations and local issuer clarification processes. Hands-on experience with tools such as MasterCom, Mastercard Connect, SAC, SIA, or VISAROL.
