What You'll Do
Participate in defining and executing the Openbank strategy in South America, including strategic planning and budgeting processes. Analyze performance metrics such as P&L and other relevant KPIs to identify action plans. Collaborate with global and local teams to develop commercial initiatives and new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, business development, or business management, preferably in financial services or consumer financing. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills, including understanding of P&L and key business indicators.
