The Engagement Manager acts as a strategic bridge between clients and internal teams to drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of payment solutions. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding process and identifying new business growth opportunities through consultative advisory.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and proven experience in payments, fintech, or consulting with a focus on project management. Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, and proficiency in English are required.
