Review and enhance the onboarding journeys for credit products across all available channels. Map current product performance, identifying bottlenecks in the onboarding process and opportunities for improvement in rules, processes, and customer experience. Lead the implementation of enhancements and innovations in sales channels, tracking the results achieved.

Experience in product analysis and improvement, particularly in financial services. Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure analyses and build indicators to support decision-making. Familiarity with CRM and marketing collaboration.
