This role also involves coordinating scheduling between customers and technicians while proactively communicating updates and resolving conflicts.

Requirements

Candidates need 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or operations within a high-volume setting, demonstrating strong organization and accountability. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory for interacting with U.S.-based customers, along with proficiency in MS Office and Gmail.
