Analista de Gestão de Frotas | Pleno (Híbrido/RJ)

Monitor fleet management indicators and themes such as telematics, fines, maintenance, and accidents. Analyze data to identify deviations and improvement opportunities. Prepare reports and update controls related to fleet management. Support process improvements and interact with internal clients and suppliers.

Analytical profile with experience in data analysis and indicators. Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience in fleet management is a plus. Strong communication skills and resilience are desirable.

The position offers a hybrid work model based in Rio de Janeiro, with a standard 8-hour workday and a 1-hour break. The compensation package includes a fixed salary and a variable remuneration package based on eligibility.
