Provide support in the administration and tracking of training activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and indicators for monitoring participation, completion, and feedback of training sessions. Participate in initiatives related to training in Artificial Intelligence, assisting in the preparation of learning materials and content.

Students of Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, and/or Industrial Engineering with at least 50% of their studies completed and 1.5 to 2 years of coursework remaining. Intermediate-advanced English is mandatory.
