Core Responsibilities

The agent will process high volumes of inbound transactions including order requests and general inquiries via phone, email, and web. They are responsible for maintaining customer data in SAP/CRM systems and collaborating with other departments to resolve order-to-cash cycle issues.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type at least 25 words per minute are required.
