The Hiring Specialist will manage the complete recruitment cycle, starting from writing and posting job descriptions to onboarding successfully placed candidates. This role involves proactively sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience and demonstrate fluency in English, both written and verbal. The ideal applicant should be scrappy, resourceful, autonomous, driven, ambitious, and comfortable managing multiple roles amidst ambiguity.
