Manage and lead a last-mile operational center. Ensure compliance with service levels for processing and dispatching packages, as well as core metrics performance. Monitor, support, and control operations executed by outsourced logistics operators. Analyze data related to SVC operations to identify trends, improvement opportunities, operational risks, and propose corrective and preventive actions.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields (Business Administration, etc.). Experience in similar roles in transportation operations, logistics, and preferably leadership positions. Advanced Excel skills and ability to coordinate tasks/projects with multiple internal areas (operations, planning, OpEx, etc.).
