Requirements
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of the Reclame Aqui portal, including service metrics and public response experience, along with prior experience in customer service via phone (mandatory), email, and WhatsApp. A proactive, results-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills, and availability to work from Monday to Saturday are essential.
