Design and implement high-performance and scalable projects and architectures, ensuring the highest quality standards. Lead the team, fostering the potential of its members and creating an excellent work environment. Estimate and plan the team's technical tasks in coordination with other sectors of the organization. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to coordinate improvement and development needs.

5 years of experience leading high-performance teams. Experience in programming languages such as Java, Go, Groovy, NodeJS, or similar. Familiarity with HTTP protocols and modern web frameworks, utilizing development practices like MVC, TDD, Code Coverage, and Mobile First. Experience in technical areas related to scalability, security, data access, parallel processing, instrumentation, and distributed systems.
