Responsibilities also include managing the lead portfolio, updating the CRM accurately, and ensuring high-quality customer service to meet individual and collective sales targets.
Requirements
Candidates must have proven experience in active outbound sales, preferably in Inside Sales or commercial roles, with strong negotiation skills across digital channels like WhatsApp and phone. Essential requirements include excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, empathy, strong organization for managing multiple leads, a results-driven mindset, resilience against objections, and familiarity with CRM tools.
