Manage KPIs related to operations. Monitor and act on delivery times and returns with customers and transporters. Identify issues impacting service levels and implement improvement actions. Negotiate service agreements with commercial and logistics areas, defining delivery days and truck profiles.

Bachelor's degree required. Valid driver's license (CNH B) with less than 16 points and no serious violations in the last 12 months. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI. Experience in sales is necessary.
