Core Responsibilities

The representative will lead customer onboarding for new eCommerce clients, including Shopify setup, configuration, and launch readiness. This role also involves providing day-to-day customer service support for order, platform, and account inquiries while acting as a primary client contact.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify and 5-10 years in eCommerce customer success or onboarding, ideally supporting large businesses. Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level or equivalent is required.
