Responsibilities also include ensuring positive agency engagement, transforming them into brand advocates, and working with key performance indicators like cancellation rate and Customer Satisfaction Score to drive retention and improve user experience.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed or be pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields, coupled with proficiency in managing daily, weekly, and monthly indicators, translating data into actionable plans. Required technical skills include intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, specifically Google Sheets for data analysis and Google Slides for presentations, alongside availability for a hybrid work schedule.
