Coordenador(a) Sênior de Tesouraria- DCM (Debt Capital Markets)

Lead the structuring and execution of debt operations in the capital markets, ensuring competitive costs and alignment with the company's financial strategy. Build and maintain strategic relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, and rating agencies. Conduct bookbuilding processes and negotiations with coordinators and investors to secure optimal pricing and terms.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Law, or related fields. Proven experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, DCM, or related financial areas, with a track record in structuring and executing debt operations. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial information platforms.

Hybrid position based in São Paulo-SP, requiring presence in the office twice a week.
