Requirements
Candidates must have solid, proven experience in Customer Service Operations, including deep understanding of processes, KPIs, and management tools, along with prior experience in BPO structures. Essential skills include stakeholder management, negotiation, execution orientation, high proactivity, and strong analytical capacity for data-driven problem-solving.
